About Kira Kira Treasures

My name is Kacie Taylor, and I make unique, beautiful jewelry. It all started after I discovered videos from Japan about making resin jewelry and other cute accessories. I was immediately hooked. After acquiring a few supplies, I tried out some of the techniques myself. It took some practice, and many failures, but I eventually made items I was proud of. I wanted to share my creations online.

Kirakira is a Japanese phrase meaning glittery or sparkly. I am fascinated with Japan, and wanted to pay homage to where my love for jewelry-making started.

My jewelry is made from some of the following: alloy metals, UV resin, glitters and mica powder pigments, beads, natural stones, mussel shells, charms, and many other items I come across. Right now, I source most of my materials from Asia, but hope to someday buy more exclusively from the US.
