SHOP POLICIES
Payment Policy:
Payments can be made at checkout using PayPal or credit card/debit card through Square's payment processing. Payment in full is required before order is fulfilled and shipped. If payment does not clear, the order will be cancelled.
Shipping Policy:
US orders only. All orders totaling $25 or more, including after discounts, will receive free shipping. All other orders will be charged a flat rate of$3.50 for shipping. Orders will be shipped using standard USPS. No rush or expedited shipping will be used. Order processing will take place after payment has been received in full, usually within 1-2 days of order. Shipping will take place 1-2 days after order is processed. Orders will not be filled or shipped on Sundays or national holidays. A tracking number will be sent to a provided email address.
Refund Policy;
Traditional refunds will not be issued. Instead, refunds will be given as a digital gift card matching the amount paid, which can be used for another item from Kira Kira Treasures. If a more expensive item is chosen, the customer will need to pay the difference. Gift cards will be sent to provided email. This type of refund will only be considered if the initial item is damaged during shipping. Please send an email to [email protected] within 24 of delivery with attached photo of damaged item and assistance will be provided.
